Saga Trading treats personal data with the same care we give our producers and our goods. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and what rights you have.

What we collect
We only collect the information you provide in the contact form: your name, any company, your email address, the subject of your enquiry and the content of your message. We do not use tracking tools, marketing cookies or profiling.
Why we process it
The information is used solely to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, to follow up on a possible partnership. The legal basis is the consent you give in the form and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
Storage and deletion
Enquiries are stored for as long as the dialogue requires and deleted no later than 24 months after the last contact, unless a customer relationship requires longer storage under accounting rules.
Sharing with others
We never sell personal data. Information is shared only with suppliers that operate our email and website on our behalf, and only to the extent necessary to deliver the service.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete the information we hold about you, and you may withdraw your consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority if you believe the processing breaches data protection rules.
